What is an Elder Person
An "Elder" means a person 60 years of age or older who is alleged to be suffering from the infirmities of aging as manifested by a physical, a mental, or an emotional dysfunction to the extent that the elder's ability to provide adequately for the protection or care of his or her own person or property is impaired.
One on One Sessions
Elder Mediation service includes any action brought by the court or individually requested by the parties. It includes for the care and safety of the elder's general physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Elder Estate Planning
Unless the parties agree otherwise, matters relating to the elder's estate planning, the elder's agent designations, trusts in which the elder is a grantor, fiduciary, or beneficiary or other similar financially focused matter are included.

Allan is a computer programmer and has developed marketing programs using internet technology for the past 20 years. Allan is recognized as an expert in the field of Marketing Technology using integration of software programs and the internet.

Hewitt has served as a National Association of Securities (NASD) Mediator & Arbitrator and as a Member of the Florida State New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board. He was a Financial & Estate Planner for Merrill Lynch in Palm Beach for over 5 years & Branch Manager for Raymond James Financial Services for 10 years.
Hewitt is uniquely qualified to handle any aspect of your divorce mediation. Dr. Hewitt Bruce, a Clinical Psychologist was the first Clinical & Administrative Director of 24 Hr. Psychiatric Emergency Services of the Palm Beach County Mental Health Center on 45th Street in West Palm Beach. Additionally, he was the executive director of the District Mental Health Board of Broward County. He served on the committee led by congresswoman Lois Frankel to establish the first Women’s Domestic Violence Shelter in Palm Beach County.

Geraldine Lee Waxman, Esq, is a Primary Trainer. She is an Advanced Practitioner of the Association of Conflict Resolution an International Association of Mediators.
Geraldine received her mediation training at Harvard University and advanced training with the John Haynes Institute in the early 1980's. She is the past President of the Broward County Women Lawyers' Association, a founding member and past President of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators, and a founding member of the Matrimonial Association of Broward County.
Geraldine was instrumental in creating a program for the American Arbitration Association for mediators in Florida in the early 1980's. She has lectured on mediation for numerous state and local agencies as well as private groups. She has authored many articles on mediation as well as law review articles and co-authored a book on stepfamilies "Whose Kid is it Anyway." Her private practice deals with all family situations.
